These Terms & Conditions apply to purchases and use of artaaj.ae, operated by Artaaj from Shop No. 9, Ali Salmeen Al Mazrooei Building, Street 13A, Ayal Nasir, Deira, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. TRN: 104368702700003. Contact: info@artaaj.ae or +971 56 375 7519.

1. Store Scope

Artaaj currently accepts and delivers orders within the United Arab Emirates. Product availability, delivery eligibility and order acceptance are subject to confirmation.

2. Product Information

We aim to present accurate product names, specifications, images, compatibility information and availability. Manufacturer images may be illustrative and packaging, colour or bundled accessories can change without notice. If a material specification is important to your purchase, contact us before ordering.

3. Prices and VAT

Prices are displayed in UAE dirhams (AED). Where VAT applies, displayed consumer prices are inclusive of UAE VAT at the applicable rate. Any delivery charge is shown separately before an order is confirmed.

4. Orders

Submitting an order or enquiry does not guarantee acceptance. An order is accepted when Artaaj confirms it. We may contact you to verify product availability, delivery details or order information. If an accepted order cannot be fulfilled, we will offer an appropriate alternative, cancellation or refund where applicable.

5. Payment

Only payment methods that are actually available during checkout or order confirmation may be used. Displayed payment-brand logos do not by themselves guarantee that a particular payment service is currently available.

6. Delivery

Delivery is currently within the UAE. Standard delivery is AED 25 (inclusive of applicable VAT) and qualifying orders of AED 250 or more receive free standard delivery, unless a different charge is expressly shown for a particular order. Please see our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

7. Returns, Refunds and Exchanges

Returns, refunds and exchanges are governed by our Returns & Refunds Policy and by applicable UAE consumer-protection rights. Nothing in these Terms excludes rights that cannot legally be excluded.

8. Warranty and After-Sales Support

Warranty coverage depends on the product, manufacturer, authorised agent or distributor and any warranty terms supplied with the item. Please see our Warranty page. Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.

9. Accounts and Customer Information

You are responsible for providing accurate contact, billing and delivery information and for keeping account credentials secure. We may use customer information as reasonably necessary to process orders, provide support, prevent fraud and meet legal obligations.

10. Cancellations and Errors

We may correct obvious pricing, typographical or inventory errors before order acceptance. Where an error affects an already accepted order, we will contact you and handle the matter fairly in accordance with applicable law.

11. Website Use

Website content, branding, images and other materials may not be copied or commercially reused without permission except where permitted by law or by the relevant rights holder.

12. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Artaaj is not responsible for indirect losses that were not reasonably foreseeable from a consumer purchase. This clause does not limit liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the applicable laws of the United Arab Emirates and the laws applicable in the Emirate of Dubai. Consumers retain any mandatory rights and complaint remedies available to them under UAE law.
