Artaaj currently delivers orders within the United Arab Emirates.

Delivery Charges

• Standard UAE delivery: AED 25 (inclusive of applicable VAT)
• Free standard delivery: orders of AED 250 or more

When an order qualifies for free shipping, the paid standard-delivery option is hidden automatically.

Delivery Area

Delivery availability depends on a valid UAE delivery address. Some remote or restricted locations may require additional coordination before an order can be confirmed.

Delivery Timing

Delivery timing depends on stock location, destination, order verification and courier availability. Where an estimated delivery period is available it will be communicated during checkout, order confirmation or by our team. Unless expressly stated otherwise, delivery estimates are not guaranteed time commitments.

We may contact you to verify your address, phone number, product availability or other order details before dispatch.

Receiving Your Order

Please inspect the package when received. If an item is missing, incorrect, visibly damaged or appears tampered with, contact us promptly and retain the packaging, invoice and any relevant photos.

Failed Delivery

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate address and reachable phone number. Re-delivery charges may apply where a delivery fails because of incorrect information or repeated unsuccessful delivery attempts, where permitted.
